Things to do in Norfolk

We would be delighted to have you as our guest, and to help you enjoy your stay we have highlighted the best of the local area.

We are all lucky to live in such a beautiful area and are delighted to share our local knowledge with you to enable you to make the most of your time in Norfolk. With many stunning locations to explore, fantastic spots to eat, outdoor pursuits, family-friendly activities and recommendations for trips with your four-legged friends, there’s no shortage of things to do. We also include some hidden gems which make north Norfolk one of the UK’s last unspoiled coastlines. There are just 40 miles from Old Hunstanton’s stunning sunrise to Cromer and its eponymous crabs, but there are a myriad of adventures, whether you are visiting for a short break or longer. The days roll by as easily as the waves that lap the shoreline – in fact there’s much to be said for a day simply watching the tide. The places featured here are because we enjoy them ourselves, not because they have paid to appear. The marvellous thing about Norfolk is that, like the coastline, it constantly evolves.
