Many of our owners lead busy lives or live overseas and rely on us to provide a fully-managed service, whilst others opt for a more hands-on approach to maintenance and house-keeping. Our competitive service is completely flexible allowing you to decide how things are managed and which services you need.
We are unique as we do not charge anything extra for our flexible management service; we do not have any joining costs or annual fees, and have no hidden financial incentives for any additional services we provide. We make our income from a fixed rate of commission on bookings we take for your property. Experience has shown that this helps to ensure that guests receive the best possible service and simply reduces the burden on you.

If you already own a second home or are considering buying one, we can help you every step of the way: initially from rental income projections, mortgage application letters, advice on furnishing and equipping your new home and ensuring all legal holiday let requirements are met.
Once you are letting with us, your details are not passed on to guests and we will communicate with guests prior to, during and post their stay. This includes providing 24-hour support to guests with emergency assistance outside office hours for maintenance problems or if guests are locked out
We employ a full-time maintenance manager and have a wealth of local trades contacts, enabling us to use our local expertise to undertake a wide range of ongoing maintenance as required. We can arrange housekeeping on your behalf and will liaise on all guest bookings.

We provide professional photography and floorplan for your cottage, with a detailed descriptive listing for our website.
Our digital online marketing campaigns include Google Adwords and regular newsletters sent to our extensive guest database. Our superb printed seasonal guides are produced twice a year and distributed locally and in all Sowerbys Estate Agents throughout Norfolk.
