Very comfortable well furnished cottage in a great place for exploring the North Norfolk coast. Accommodated 3 generations and 2 dogs with ease. Particularly liked having two lounges, both with tv, with choice of places to relax after sightseeing. Lovely light bedrooms Good size bathroom with excellent shower plus ensuite and plenty of hot water. Lots of outdoor space (some fenced for dogs), and parking areas. The cake and wine supplied were a lovely thought and both very good! Walking distance to local dog friendly pub, Three Horshoes. Short car journey to Wells Next the Sea, where you can join the North Norfolk Coast Path, Stiffkey Morston and Blakeney to the east, Holkham to the west Also visited Holt Country Park and walked round Felbrigg Hall estate.

This was our second stay at Tucwel and it was perfect for our three generation family. We appreciated the generous provisions left for us as well as plentiful basic resources. Our twin granddaughters didn’t want to leave and neither did we. They particularly liked playing with the toys and games provided.

The Tucwel's, 28th of July 2023

A really lovely, comfortable house to stay in - the views alone were enough to make you feel relaxed. Plenty of places to visit and the local pub served exceptional food. Arrived to find a welcome pack of wine and a delicious homemade cake which got us off to a good start! Walking along the quay at Wells and walking out to the beach at RSPB Titchwell Marsh. Hope it's not too long before we can visit again.

We loved staying here so much we have booked for next year. We were a party of 4 adults and two young children and valued having so much space both inside and outside. The house is very privately situated with a big drive for parking. The little ones loved finding the basket of toys and there was a good selection of games for us adults. Warham is well situated for Wells next the sea, and we all enjoyed a day out at Pensthorpe nature reserve just 20 minutes away. We can’t wait to return!
