Ideas can also be traced back to 450AD and the Saxon invasions where the name of Snoring as a settlement of Snear (meaning swift, bright or alert)

Guest reviews

Just a quick wee note to say how much we all enjoyed our stay at slumber barn. It was a fantastic property and the attention to detail was fab.
It is a beautiful part of the country and we as a family would definitely like to come back so we hope all was in order when we left and we took good care of slumber barn during our stay.
Please pass on our thanks and appreciation to the lucky owners and to you and all the staff at sowerbys who couldn’t have been nicer to deal with.
Hope to book again in the not too distant future!!
Kindest regards

Denise and Eddie Rowan and family., 5th of April 2024

We have been coming to Norfolk for the past 15 years & we love walking & drinking the coast! We normally stay on the coast and was nervous about being slightly inland. However, on this particular visit the highlight of our stay was absolutely this beautiful property. We loved it.....We will definitely stay again next year at a similar time. Thank you for making this property available to a smaller party. We loved it and would definitely stay again. Neighbour was very friendly.
