Clean, comfortable and peaceful. Highlights Flypast of geese each morning and evening - quite spectacular.
Excellent accommodation. Very well equipped, clean and quiet.
Extremely comfortable and beautiful little cottage. I had a fabulous time and didn’t want to leave. It’s location was a ten minute walk to a glorious sandy beach which was not crowded! The area was so peaceful and air do clean. I slept like a log. The cottage had everything I needed and the comfiest bed I’ve slept in for ages , the location to the beach, the Ship and the bus stop. The decor was also very tasteful and designed for comfort inside. It felt like staying in someone’s house - it was very welcoming, not sterile at all.
Clean comfortable and quiet location in a superb location with private parking. Spacious bathroom with plenty of hot water. Cosy and warm with the heating on. Walking to Brancaster beach, along the Coastal Path, so close to the property so really convenient. Thank you for the bottle of wine and crisps, a welcome arrival gift.
Warm and welcoming atmosphere. Third time we’ve stayed here and it feels like home. The peace and quiet and birdsong in the early morning.

An abundance of wildlife on the doorstep. Close to good facilities and places to eat. Within easy reach of popular destinations in any direction.
