We found the Old Barn very spacious and comfortable with everything you need. The two stair gates were very useful. The garden space was lovely too. We enjoyed being close to good beaches, restaurants and nature reserves.

The Norris Family, 9th of August 2024

We enjoyed our two week break at The Old Barn. Plenty of room to spread out. We liked the separation of the kitchen, dining room and lounge. we really enjoyed our stay and the two couples who joined us, at separate times, were also very impressed. Same again next year? was their parting comments.

Fantastic coastal walks, friendly local characterful pub, warm spacious comfortable cottage in a good location. Husband enjoyed the log burner! We all really enjoyed the cottage- one of the best we have stayed in. Comfortable beds and sofas, well equipped, tastefully furnished and uncluttered but homely.

The Fletche's, 11th of November 2023

This is our fifth year staying in the Old Barn. We love it. Such a lovely spacious house. Enclosed safe garden. Well equipped. We love the garden room too. In nice weather eating round the table in the garden is a real treat.

The digges', 18th of October 2023

We used Old Barn as the venue for a belated Ruby Wedding celebration as it was a convenient location for family members arriving from Sussex, Nottingham and North Yorkshire. The house provided plenty of space for six adults and two children plus a dog. It was very well equipped especially the kitchen. We also appreciated the stair gates having a two year old as part of our group. The house and garden appeared well cared for as well as being clean and tidy. Plenty of parking for three cars. We enjoyed some lovely family time together sharing meals in the spacious dining room. We also took the opportunity to take the children to the beach and all went on a Seal Watching trip from Morston Quay. Also enjoyed a great walk along the huge beach from Holkham to Wells next the Sea and back through the pine dunes. Discovered the lovely Deli at Thornham for Tea and Scones. A really beautiful house ideally located on the North Norfolk Coast. Will have happy memories of our long weekend in the Old Barn!

The Moore's, 16th of August 2023

Excellent location, within easy reaching distance of many standout places to visit in the area and the best pizza and fish and chips at Erics. Location for this property is excellent The space the property offers and the cleanliness were all great Kitchen is fully equipped and facilities such as washing machine, dishwasher, large oven really suited our families with younger children.

Even bigger and better than we had expected! So much space for the children to run around in and separate spaces for the adults. My children were staying at Old Barn with their families and found it had everything they could want.
