A lovely comfortable cottage in a great location. Comfortable beds, good facilities and clean. We loved the walk along the Marsh from Brancaster to Burnham Deepdale and the proximity to Titchwell. Thanks for a great stay.
A lovely little cottage in Brancaster that’s walkable to the amazing Brancaster beach. Village shop and pub nearby as well as park for kids. Very comfortable with everything you need and the owners kindly provide basics like washing powder, soaps etc. Perfect place for a small family.
Lovely spacious house, very well equipped, very clean and comfortable. Within walking distance of the beach (approx 20 -25 minutes). Great location for visiting other places along the coast. Quality and quantity of items provided in the house eg loo rolls, soap, basic items not to have to take or go out to buy straightaway.
Little Ash is a very clean, well equipped and welcoming cottage, one of the best we've stayed in. Its in a great location too. We would love to stay again one day. Spending time on the wonderful beaches, visiting Titchwell and fish and chips at Erics.
Lovely cottage, plenty of room. It was clean and comfortable. It was well equipped with hand soap, toilet rolls (for the first time in all the cottages I have been to, I didn’t have to buy toilet rolls - just great). Had plenty of dishwasher tablets for the whole week. Left mine in the car. Tea and coffee there for our use. Not having to drive, on the coastal bus route. Visted Old Hunstanton found a nice little cafe on the beach almost as well as a fairly large craft shop. Which I love. Having a meal in The Ship Hotel. Great service.
Little Ash has thought of everything and more . Very clean and welcoming and ideal for beach , walking and buses . Loved the Coal Shed too . Enjoyed our week there and would recommend staying here. Will hopefully be back again next year. Kirby Family Close to all amenities in Brancaster and able to catch very reliable coastal hopper buses
Enjoyed our second visit to this lovely cottage. Very quiet even though it is on the main road. Furnished and presented well. We really like the proximity to the coast and the standard to which the cottage is furnished. The off road parking is also appreciated. The property has a good atmosphere and has been refurbished to a good standard.
At Little Ash the location is great, the kitchen is lovely and there is plenty of space. The wine and food items waiting for us was a nice touch. It was a lovely cottage and we would like to say thanks. Thanks for another fabulous 2 weeks.
Great holiday property. Very well equipped, spacious, clean, comfortable and pretty.
We liked the space - enough for 5 of us and we also liked the homely style and seems to be a home that the owners enjoyed too.
We loved the cottage and particularly the downstairs kitchen living area and downstairs cloakroom. Very conveniently located to access the post office and shop and in walking distance of the Ship Inn and the beach.
We liked the location of Little Ash and the cottage had everything! It was also a very clean property, we would stay again!
The photos did this lovely cottage justice. Very cosy. Everything at Little Ash was spick and span. There was no garden as such but the driveway and patio were fine. Really enjoyed out break in the cottage. It is only just over an hour from our home but in these times it was fantastic
Little Ash was cosy, comfortable & warm. A lovely large kitchen. Great location for walking to the beach. We would stay again!
this is our third stay in this house and I doubt it will be our last
We enjoyed our stay, it was warm and comfortable and a good location
This is a great space, a home away from home. Very clean. Well maintained garden. Another great stay thank you!!
