Very comfortable and welcoming house, Well equipped kitchen, and thank you for the welcome gift. Hope we got the bins out on the right day, the green one had been collected before we left.
The beach was a bit further than anticipated, but The White Horse pub and parking at the house were excellent.
Bus service along the coast also good.
Great place to stay. We have been here a few times now.
Such a beautiful house and suited us so well,Grandparents and our two children’s families so age range from 80’s to 11 year old! Room for everyone to do their own things! Highlight to me was being able to spend time together, unfortunately I’m not very well so I was able to relax while the others went out….Sandringham was a great success as was crabbing in Wells and of course lots ood trips to the beach. Really good meal at White Horse!
Greystones is a thoroughly comfortable house. In the 12 years I have holidayed in Norfolk, with an ever expanding family, Greystones wins hands down in terms of space, position, easy parking and peace. It is also by far the best appointed house I have stayed in, having everything that we needed for catering etc.
A pleasant walk to the beautiful beach is an added bonus.I hope to return! : Wonderful beaches. Safe bathing for children. Wonderful coastal walks. North Creake had a really fun dog show! Sandringham was lovely too. So much to do that we wished we could have stayed another week!
We enjoyed our visit, cottage very well equipped, clean and well presented. Ideal for our German Shepherd with field opposite! Cleanliness, Quality of furnishings and excellent kitchen appliances and tableware.
We found Greystones an excellent property, probably the best we have rented in 41 years of holidays in N Norfolk. Beautifully presented and so well equipped. 3 generations had a great week despite mixed weather. The beach is a pleasant walk the house is a delight to return to. The peace and quiet, the comfortable beds, cooking and eating in the lovely space, the magnificent views, the wildlife and birdwatching from the house, garden and hides.
Excellent house we all had a lovely stay.
Second visit to this wonderful house. All our needs catered for. Had a lovely time. Hope to visit again. Blessed with good weather. Loved sitting in the garden watching the wildlife. A local told us where to find 2 bird hides close by where we spotted many birds. Wonderful walks as well.
We had a lovely relaxing holiday as an extended family spending quality time together. The house was lovely, comfortable and welcoming [as was the Welcome Pack!]. It is very well appointed with equipment, bedding, towels, etc. The heating system was efficient and we had constant hot water, bearing in mind 8 adults! The location is great, easy to walk to beach and the Piece Park across the road is superb for the dogs. Just a pity our stay coincided with the closure of The White Horse!
Great rental with lots of comfy lounge space, wonderful kitchen diner and good sized bedrooms/bathrooms. Very well fitted out with everything you could need. It was like a home from home. Good location on north Norfolk coast with all its beaches and entertainment. We love this part of England and have had many lovely holidays here. This was the best holiday home we’ve rented! Great accommodation and social space for celebrating my 70th with my family. Well set up for dogs too. We’ll definitely be back. Lovely personal welcome note and basket. Much appreciated. Thank you for being able to use your lovely property.
Lovely property, good location and I would recommend to others.

Lovely week. Great weather and well appointed house.
A lovely cottage in an excellent location. Perfect for large family holidays. Well stocked with everything needed. This was a belated 70th birthday celebration with both children, partners and grandchildren from different parts of the country. It enabled us to all be together in one place with plenty of things to do nearby and very close to some nice beaches.
All good. Lovely cottage and well equipped. Great location. Really lovely place, thank you.
We loved staying at Greystones. The house has been well decorated and is very comfortable, with every detail well thought out. The views from both the front and back towards the sea are wonderful. It is quiet and light. We would definitely recommend it. Walks to the beach Bird watching, Comfortable beds and immaculate house
An ideal house for the grandchildren and wonderfully placed for access to the shore. Highlights going to the shore and splashing through the rivulets left by the outgoing tide,
Beautiful house. Lovely homely feel.Fully equipped for every need.We shall definitely return. Many wonderful walks.Lovely sitting in the garden watching the barn owl swooping, seeing deer, buzzards and bats in the evening.
We were lucky to have good weather and the grandchildren enjoyed time on the beach.
The property was excellent a true home from home. The rooms were ideal - grandparents in large bedroom with ensuite, one family on the same floor and the other family on top level. with added bonus of the utility room with shower room. Quality furnishings, child friendly, and kitchen with everything we needed.

The property suits our needs. We arrive with boats & trailers & have plenty of space for cars. Loads of room in the house. This was our 6th year of staying there. We are returning again next year. Please thank Tori & her family for letting us stay there year after year. A fabulous house.
6 adults, 2 teenagers and a baby - we all had a great time here. The property is excellent and has all you could want for a good self catering holiday. We had the added bonus of wall to wall sunshine so all meals were out on the patio with the beautiful views. The bird life is impressive, we were fascinated by the owl that made regular early evening swoops across the field at the end of the garden. A delightful property in a superb location.
What a lovely time spent in a beautiful house. Sunset beers on the beach, skate boarding and bat and ball along with excellent company made the trip up to Norfolk a truly memorable one! Thank you for having us and looking forward to next time!

Absolutely loved it! Probably the most comfortable and well-equipped house we've stayed in in our 12 years of visiting North Norfolk. The walks right from the house are spectacular and sitting outside watching the sunset and barn owl with great friends is really special. Thank you.
A fantastic house to celebrate my 60th birthday. Peaceful and quaint village, good pub. So well equipped and so comfortable. Everything we hoped for and more! Planning to come again at some point.
We found the property to be very clean with a fantastic kitchen and very comfortable beds. The garden was very nice. We would love to stay again at some point in the future.
