Foam Crest

My family and I enjoyed another lovely week in this excellent house in its ideal location right on the beach where my grandchildren and dog particularly loved the ability to simply come out of the door and over the dunes onto the wide expanse of beach where they could run and play, fly kites and dig in the sand to their hearts content. The well appointed house with its views over the beach and sea is the main attraction but its proximity to Norfolk Lavender and Hunstanton and slightly further afield is also excellent. We like this house so much that this is our fourth visit and we have booked it again for August 2025. We have recommended it to friends who have also thoroughly enjoyed their stay.

A well appointed and spacious property, with easy access to the beach. The kitchen was very well equipped.The view was certainly a highlight, especially the beautiful sunsets.The snooker room was also a nice addition.

Perfect house for family holiday. Best equipped kitchen of any holiday house I’ve ever stayed in. We had a fabulous week with a big family get together on Sunday! Loved being so close to the beach - sundowners on the balcony every night and breakfast lunch and supper too. Just perfect ! My highlight was definitely watching the sun set from the balcony with a large glass of rose!

This is our 4th visit. The house is well equipped and ideal for a beach holiday.The accommodation easily sleeps 8 comfortably. We had 4 families if 2 in the house and never feel we are in top of one another. We had three days of outstanding weather!

Foam Crest is a perfect place for a relaxing holiday. It is right on the beach. Our grandchildren had free access to play on the beach and in the sea, swimming, kayaking and flying kites. The house is incredibly well equipped. We celebrated my 70th birthday here and it was memorable for all 3 generations. The sunsets were amazing and we were lucky to have beautiful sunshine all week. An extremely clean property and we would love to visit again. The beach was almost deserted most days so ideal for kite flying, kayaking, swimming etc. Several members of our group walked to Hunstanton and the younger ones enjoyed the funfair. The sunsets were amazing.

The stunning location in the dunes is this house's USP. So nice to be able to pop out to the beach, and the upper floor also meant could admire the view from inside or balcony. Spacious and well-equipped with good bathrooms, and with added bonus of games room. And Heacham was nice village too.
Very relaxing stay, enjoyed by adults, teens and dog! Watching sunsets and nature from the balcony or the beach, going for long or short walks on the beach.

Beautiful place to stay, even for a large group. With the layout it allowed the 3 generations to have their own space or to all be able to gather in the lounge.
Foam Crest had everything we could wish for and more

This property is perfectly situated on the beach front and has wonderful views looking out to sea. It is very well furnished and has four large comfortable bedrooms. The lounge offers ample seating for a large family and the kitchen is very well kitted out with everything that you could need. There is also plenty of parking for several vehicles. Its position on South Beach makes it ideal for dogs as the beach is 'dog friendly and runs for miles in each direction. A well-equipped games room kept our grandkids entertained for ages. These is a great beach front cafe just a few minutes walk away should you decide to have your breakfast cooked for you. We would definitely stay at Foam Crest again. Easy access to the beach. Great location. Very well-equipped property.

Such a lovely beach side house. Plenty of room and a real home from home. Kitchen has all the things you would need. This is the second time we have been and we would love to go back. It’s right on the beach and our dogs had a lovely time. Beautiful sunsets from the first floor balcony. A little piece of paradise.

Foam Crest is a lovely spacious property on the dunes. It is very well equipped and comfortable. Lots of kitchen equipment available making cooking a pleasure. Watching the sunsets while sitting in the balcony facing the sea.The children having the freedom to roam safely on the beach straight from the house.

Lovely property, really clean and well equipped with lots of room for all of our family. Upstairs room is beautiful, looking out to the sea and beach which is right on your doorstep. Would definitely recommend.

Proximity to the beach and a lovely house. The owner has thought of absolutely everything and Foam Crest is the best provisioned cottage we have stayed in. Plenty of cds books and dvds, snooker cues had good tips and chalk, food and things for dogs, binoculars -- everything!!!

Loved our stay as we did two years ago, the house if right on the beach, will be coming again to stay. We love the upstairs over looking the sea and the lovely sunsets. Games room keeps everyone busy. Kitchen is fully equipped to cook meals for all the family.

Foam crest is a great holiday home for a big family with plenty of living space. We were comfortable and had all we needed to have lots of family meals together.
Being situated right next to the beach was a brilliant bonus and there were lots of birds and wildlife to see just from the house.

Wonderful position, a great place to stay be it in the winter or summer. To hear the sea just a stone’s throw away is wonderful.

A great house for a large family, our second visit and it was as great as the first stay last year.We were lucky with the weather and being able to watch the sunsets from the balcony, and murmurations over the wash.

We have stayed several times and it’s always a lovely place to spend time. It is really well equipped and well looked after. We very much like the proximity to beach and view from balcony.

Loved the location. The kitchen was also fabulous and extremely well equipped. We were a party of 8 and there was so much space. Loved the decking upstairs a real suntrap .Beds really comfortable This was our first visit to the North Norfolk coast and we loved the area. There was plenty to do and see for all ages, The general area was busy as it was August but the beach at the house was always quiet

Its location right on the beach, stunning views and spectacular upstairs lounge! We loved our stay at Foam Crest. It was perfect for the kids to be right on the beach and it's a beautiful part of the country.

Very happy it was up to our expectations, very clean and we liked the space in the property and the views. We normally take a rental once a year and this has been by far the best property to date. Got a thing about cleanliness in rentals - and that was before virus - had some bad rental experiences before - so very very happy at foam crest

Better than Expected - the property has been upgraded since last visit here with better internet and tv. We just love the well equipped kitchen and the front balcony to watch the sunset.

Foam Crest was as expected we liked the position of the house, views from sitting room and the area upstairs. My family have stayed in this house twice before and hopefully we will again!

Better than Expected - Always thought it would be a great property but it was even better than our expectations. We liked - Absolutely everything! Loved the upstairs lounge with the balconies, huge kitchen, great bedrooms and ensuite , although the property is huge it was lovely and warm inside. We have all fallen in love with Foam Crest!

Better than Expected. The property was very well equipped, spacious and lovely and snug 10 out of 10 for cleanliness. Very impressed throughout Very relaxing, and beautifully warm. We had lots of wind and rain during our stay but it never got into the property. So many windows it was beautifully light and airy even when it was dull outside. Lots of different areas to relax in comfy chairs/sofas. Gorgeous bathrooms with amazing showers. All superb. The property was very well equipped we had everything and more than we needed We had a really relaxing and peaceful stay. The time of year meant that there were only a few dog walkers on the beach so we spent our time in relative solitude which were greatly appreciated. Sometime's properties feel quite sparse and unwelcoming, or over the top with personal items that you feel you are intruding on the family, but Foam Crest was just right, lovely seaside related bits and pieces and a couple of personal photos/information - just right.

We love Foam Crest and have booked again for August 2019! The location is perfect. Open the back door and you are on an unspoilt beach with fabulous sunsets over the Wash. The kitchen has everything you need and more besides. Loads of room for everyone around massive dining table. Three bedrooms have an ensuites plus another toilet in laundry room. Shower at front door that stretches outside to clean sandy dogs. Upstairs the lounge has very comfortable reclining chairs and leather settees. The sea facing balcony is perfect for watching sunsets and star gazing. Loads of parking space. We had an amazing three generation family holiday.

Foam Crest" was a fantastic discovery for us. The accommodation, house or whatever you would like to call it, was absolutely brilliant ! We cannot find enough words to describe how pleased we all were, from my grandchildren, son and daughter and husband, everybody was really pleased with everything, so much so that several other forthcoming occasions are now under consideration for bookings !

It is a venue that we have already forwarded information on to some friends of ours and I am sure that they will want to experience the same.

It was a brilliant few days, all made possible because of "Foam Crest" and the owners must be congratulated on such a great home.
