Wonderful spacious property in a great location. Had everything you could ask for. The house is just a short 5 minute drive to the beach or a 20-25 minute walk via Marsh Lane and the newly refurbished wooden walkway along the marsh.

At 3 Links Court we liked the space for just 2 of us and the dog ((utility was very useful), the bed was comfy with a great shower in the en-suite. Great location for exploring North Norfolk. Lovely beach at Brancaster within walking distance was great to have.
We had a fabulous stay, lovely property in an excellent location, close to pub, shop, beach and brilliant dog walks on your door step. Seal trip and deer safari is a must do!
3 Links Court was much more spacious than we had expected, both upstairs and downstairs. Also more modern - it's difficult to get an accurate impression from the external photo. We liked the quiet location and the spacious accommodation. We thought the location in Brancaster was excellent and enjoyed many walks from the door.
