There’s nothing I love more than taking my dogs to Wells beach on a clear winter’s afternoon when everyone has gone home, the sun sets and the big skies turn pink. From the beach car-park at Wells I walk through the majestic pinewoods until I’m almost at Holkham, then head through the trees to be greeted by the stunning expanse of beach. Last week I was treated to the wonderful sound of geese flying overhead and the most spectacular sunset – I honestly can’t think of a more beautiful place to be!
