Jasmine Cottage is a traditional cottage, refurbished in recent years, located in Wells-next-the-Sea within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants, and only 100 yards from East Quay. There is a comfortable sitting room, with separate dining room and kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms and shower room upstairs, with full bathroom on the ground floor.

Ground Floor
Step down into:
Sitting Room: Fireplace (not working), stripped floorboards, 3 leather sofas, coffee table, side table, flat screen TV, DVD player, DVDs, games. Step up into:
Kitchen: Stainless steel sink with drainer, gas cooker & hob, washing machine, slate tiled floor, microwave tall fridge/freezer, toaster. Large serving hatch through to Dining Room.
From Sitting Room, glazed door and step up into:
Dining Room: Lovely bright room with 2 large Velux windows, quarry tiled floor, wicker chair, dining table with 2 benches and chair, seating 7.
Lobby: housing tumble dryer, door to outside, door into:
Bathroom: Velux window, “d” shaped bath with shower attachment over, wash hand basin & WC.
First Floor
Very steep spiral staircase with hand rail.
Bedroom 2: Double bed, corner shelf over with light, built-in wardrobe with hanging rail, chest of drawers, wall mirror.
Bedroom 1: Brass double bed, bedside tables & lamps, small chest of drawers, large circular wall mirror.
Bedroom 3: Children's bunk beds, child’s bed, south facing aspect, chest of drawers, TV with built in video/DVD player, airing cupboard.
Shower Room: Walk-in shower cubicle, fully tiled, with electric power shower and tiled shelf, wash hand basin & WC.
Outside
The property’s garden is to its front, fully enclosed by a brick wall and gate, paved, with picnic bench. There are no parking restrictions near the cottage and it is usually possible to park outside.

Wells-next-the-Sea
Location
A delightful unspoilt historic town on the North Norfolk Coast with a jumble of old buildings and lanes still existing from its heritage as a port and former maltings industry. The picturesque quay and waterfront is still very much a working port with fishing boats still berthed in this small harbour and stalls selling locally caught shrimps, crabs and whelks. A popular place with sailors with many sailing and leisure craft here and local sailing tuition available. Children enjoy the facilities round the quay and the challenge of crabbing (gillying) from the steep harbour wall.
The main shopping area of Wells is Staithe Street, a narrow, mostly pedestrianised lane with surviving Victorian and Edwardian shop fronts, that runs from the water’s edge right up to the top part of town. In the centre of the town is The Buttlands which is a large rectangular green lined with Georgian and late Victorian houses, which used to be used for archery practise in medieval days. Now it is home to the excellent Crown hotel and restaurant which is run by Kiwi celebrity chef
The sandy beach flanked by pine forest is about a mile from the quay and can be reached by road, on foot along the causeway or via the miniature railway.
Holkham Hall with its impressive 18th century Palladian architecture and 3,000 acre deer park is only a couple of miles away along the coast road.

3 night break: 70% of full week price
4 night break: 80% of full week price
5 night break: 90% of full week price
3/4/5 day short breaks are not usually available during school holiday periods.

Please note that where dogs are permitted the charge is £15 per week or part week.
