It makes the perfect place for a break for 2, or is an ideal family house with its large, safe enclosed lawned garden. It is situated only minutes' walk from Burnham Market's village green with its wide selection of independent shops and the renowned Hoste Arms.

Ground Floor
Kitchen: Newly fitted and well-equipped with electric cooker, halogen hob, washer/dryer, microwave, fridge (with freezer compartment) and CD player/radio.
Bathroom: Newly fitted bath with shower over, hand basin and WC.
Dining Room: Table and 4 chairs. There is a basket with toys and a selection of books and games. Door leading to staircase.
Sitting Room: Open working fireplace (with fireguard) large comfortable sofa and 2 chairs, freeview digital TV/DVD and i-pod docking station.
First Floor
Stairs are fairly steep. There is a stairgate at the top.
Bedroom 1: Double bed, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe, dressing table and en-suite WC and hand basin.
Bedroom 2: Single bed with full-size pull-out single bed, clothes cupboard and table and lamp.
Outside
Doors from kitchen to enclosed south facing rear garden which is all lawned - perfect for young children. There is a patio area with outside table and chairs and barbecue.

Burnham Market
Location
A delightful Georgian village which is situated a stone’s throw away from the glorious North Norfolk coastline and is the largest of the 7 Burnham villages. At its centre is a large village green surrounded by striking Queen Anne and Georgian buildings, with 2 churches that lie at each end of its broad main street.
Unlike many other English towns which are dominated by multiples, Burnham Market has a traditional post office, butcher, baker, hardware shop, fish shop and chemist for all the necessities of everyday life, but there are also over 30 highly original independent and specialist shops, selling a wide range of exciting deli products, vibrant and stylish accessories for home and garden, smart clothes shops, and books old and new. There are some great places to eat, the best being the renowned Hoste Arms which is a 17th Century old coaching house and is open all day.
