This stylish holiday home has the advantage of a downstairs bedroom and walk-in shower room, a bright and modern well equipped kitchen, spacious downstairs living/dining area with doors to garden room and garden beyond. Upstairs there are a further two beautifully styled good-sized bedrooms: a twin room with en-suite shower room and a king size room with an en-suite cloakroom. Outside there's a private back garden with comfortable seating and a large front garden with ample off road parking in the front drive. Located just a short walk to the quay, the highly renowned Crown Inn, Globe Inn and a great selection of local shops.

Shower room: with large walk-in shower, hand basin, heated towel rail and WC.
The stairs from the hallway are not steep and there is a hand rail. There are electric fans, 2 located in master bedroom and 1 located in twin bedroom
First Floor
Bedroom 1: A beautiful room with a feature wall. Furnished with a king-size bed, bedside tables and lamps, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, hairdryer and a TV.
En-suite cloakroom: with hand basin and WC.

There is a large front driveway with parking for two to three cars.
At the back is a garden laid to lawn and a terrace with comfortable rattan outside seating with cushions.
With such a great central location it is only minutes walk to Wells' varied selection of independent shops and places to eat, as well as the quay. The beach may easily be reached on foot, or via an electric classic "Charabanc Bus"
