Truncheon's Reach is a superb contemporary single-storey holiday home quietly tucked away in the heart of Wells. It has the advantage of two private parking spaces and is all on one level, making it ideal for less able guests. With its well-equipped kitchen and sociable sitting/dining room opening out to the fully enclosed private garden, this is a perfect place for one or two couples, or a family, to stay throughout the year. Both bedrooms are beautifully presented with feature wallpaper, all new furniture and new bedding: there's a lovely spacious twin room and a king-size room with an en-suite cloakroom. It is only a few minutes walk from the picturesque quay and a short stroll from the great selection of shops and places to eat in Wells. The beautiful sandy beach is easily reached on foot, or via a vintage bus, with the splendour of Holkham Hall and beach only 5 minutes drive away.

Accommodation

Truncheon's Reach is quietly located in Fryers Close, set back from the road.

All on ground level

There is oak flooring throughout with the advantage of gas central heating. There is free wi-fi provided.

Entrance hall: with coat hooks and shoe storage unit.

Kitchen: contemporary kitchen which is well-equipped with a full-height integral fridge/freezer, integral washer/dryer, microwave, gas oven with extractor hood, integral dishwasher, Nespresso original coffee machine (please bring your own pods).

Sitting/Dining Room: light and airy room with glazed doors opening out to the garden. Decorated in a contemporary style with two sofas and an armchair, bookshelves with books and games, Smart TV. There is a wooden dining table with two chairs and a long bench seat.

Bedroom 1: beautifully presented room with all new Cotswold Company furniture including a king-size bed, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers, a wooden clothes rail and a wall-mounted Smart TV. There's an en-suite: with WC and hand basin.

Bedroom 2: lovely spacious room with all new Cotswold Company furniture including full-size twin beds, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers, a wooden clothes rail and a wall-mounted Smart TV.

Shower Room: contemporary walk-in shower with a drencher head and hand-held shower, hand basin, WC and a heated towel rail.

Outside

There are two private allocated parking spaces in the shingled drive outside the house with plenty of space to park and turn. A paved walkway leads through pebbled beds planted with grasses, low shrubs and a lovely flowering cherry tree to the entrance porch, with only a small step for access.

The rear garden is fully enclosed with a high wooden fence, making it secure for small children. The attractive private south east facing garden is fully paved with limestone tiles with shrub borders and has a garden table and chairs, a charcoal barbecue (please clean after use) and further garden chairs.
