The new owners have created a light and spacious contemporary holiday home with a beautifully presented open plan downstairs living area with a modern kitchen. Upstairs there are three good-sized bedrooms and two contemporary bath/shower rooms. Outside there's a private east facing enclosed garden at the back and the advantage of being able to park off the road in the front drive. It's ideally located just a stones throw from the bustling quay and within walking distance of the great range of amenities that Wells has to offer.

With such a great central location it is only minutes walk to Wells' varied selection of independent shops and places to eat, as well as the quay. The beach may easily be reached on foot, or via an electric classic "Charabanc Bus"
