There are three beautifully presented bedrooms, en-suite shower room and family bathroom all located on the ground floor. It's literally steps to join the Norfolk coastal path along East Quay and a short walk to the highly renowned Crown Inn, Globe Inn and a great selection of local shops . For those looking to venture further, there's the advantage of two off-road parking spaces.

Entrance hall: large entrance hall with tiled flooring, beautiful oak staircase and glass balustrade. There's plenty of spaces for coats and boots.
Bedroom 1: Has a lovely harbour view from the front-facing window. With a king-size bed, bedside lamps, antique-effect wardrobes and chest of drawers and wall-mounted TV.
En-suite shower room: with shower cubicle, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2: A second bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Bedroom 3: A cosy twin room with two single beds.
Bathroom: With a bath with rainfall shower over, hand basin, heated towel rail and WC.
First FloorOpen-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area with large glazed windows and Juliet balcony doors giving stunning views across the harbour.
Kitchen: contemporary well-equipped kitchen, generously supplied with plenty of crockery and glasses. Contains an electric oven, halogen hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a coffee machine.
Dining area: overlooks the harbour and has a large industrial style dining table with six chairs.
Sitting area: With the views over the harbour as the focal point, there is a large L-shaped corner sofa, coffee table, contemporary wood-burning stove and wall-mounted TV.

Please note that there is a security camera by the front door.
The front of the property is a versatile shingled space, creating either off-road parking for two vehicles or a single parking space with a perfect area to enjoy al fresco dining whilst looking out over the harbour. There are two small tables, four chairs and a barbecue.
There's a garage throughout the archway where the outside furniture is kept and bicycles may be stored.
Tides is located along East Quay which is literally on the Norfolk coastal path so perfect for walkers.
