Hector's Hideaway is a contemporary single-storey coastal holiday home, part of the high specification Staithe Place development in the popular town of Wells-next-the-Sea. This lovely coastal retreat has been tastefully furnished and is all on one level with a modern fitted kitchen/breakfast room leading into a conservatory overlooking the fully enclosed safe lawned garden.
This is a perfect place for couples or a family (with or without their four-legged friends!) to stay throughout the year, with 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bath/shower rooms. It is within walking distance of the great selection of shops and places to eat in Wells and the picturesque quay. The beautiful sandy beach is nearby, with the splendour of Holkham Hall and beach only 5 minutes drive away.

Hector's Hideaway is located in a no through road within the Staithe Place Development. The property has gas central heating making it warm and cosy throughout the year.

Bedroom 2: with a king-size bed, bedside table and lamp, built-in double wardrobe.

All the bedding is hypo-allergenic.

There are 2 private allocated parking spaces at the front of The Dog Kennel.
The back garden is lawned and is fully enclosed by a high wooden fence, making it safe for dogs and small children to play. There is a patio area with a wooden table and chairs (with cushions and a parasol) and a charcoal barbecue.
