Spring Cottage has to be the ultimate luxurious holiday cottage! This fabulous detached home is the result of creative design and outstanding attention to detail to create a stylish and comfortable light and airy retreat, with high-ceilings and a sociable open plan living area. It's quietly tucked away off a no-through lane only minutes walk from the heart of the highly sought after Georgian village of Burnham Market . The owners have spared no expense and taken great care to ensure that guests have a fabulous stay, with a stunning modern kitchen, contemporary bath/shower rooms and tasteful contemporary coastal decor throughout. Spring Cottage has two beautifully presented bedrooms, each with their own bath/shower room. The lovely master king-size bedroom is on the first floor with a Juliet balcony, with an attractive twin room on the ground floor, making this a perfect place to stay for less able guests . The distance between the bedrooms may not be suitable for very young children. Guests may enjoy the privacy of a landscaped garden with lawn and terrace, with outside furniture and a barbecue, easily accessed via glazed doors from both the sitting room and the kitchen. There's no worry about parking either, with a long driveway leading to private parking space for two cars. North Norfolk's spectacular wide open sandy beaches are less than 10 minutes drive away.

Accommodation

Ground Floor

Immaculately presented throughout with underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove. Each of the rooms has thermostatic controls, making it warm and inviting throughout the year for guests, with an air source heat pump providing the heat.
Cleverly designed for open-plan living with the superb kitchen/breakfast room leading through to the light and airy sitting room.

Spring Cottage is suitable for less mobile guests as the ground floor accommodation is all on one level, with no internal steps, and an easy access shower room adjacent to bedroom 2. There is a slope up to the front door.

Kitchen/Breakfast room: stunning high ceilinged room with a contemporary well-equipped kitchen with integral appliances which include: dishwasher, washing machine, electric fan oven with induction hob, microwave, fridge and freezer. There is plenty of space to dine around the white dining table with six chairs and double glazed doors opening out to the terrace. There's an attractive console table, mirror and bench seat leading into....

Sitting Room: fabulous light and spacious room decorated in a contemporary coastal style with glazed doors opening out to the terrace. Guests may relax in comfort with two sofas, an armchair, Freeview digital Smart TV with DVD player, a wood-burning stove with a supply of logs provided.

Bedroom 2: beautifully presented room with a nautical decor. Contains full-size twin beds, bedside table and lamp, wardrobe with shelving, full-length mirror and dressing table with chair.

Shower room: superb contemporary fittings with a walk-in shower (no step up), hand basin, shaver point, heated towel rail and WC.

First Floor

The stairs are not steep and lead up from the sitting room.

Bedroom 1: beautifully appointed room with a Juliet balcony overlooking the garden. Tastefully furnished with a king-size bed, bedside tables and lamps, dressing table and chair, tall-boy, full-length mirror and a built-in wardrobe.

The bedding comprises of synthetic duvets and pillows although 2 feather pillows are available on request.

Bathroom: high quality contemporary bathroom containing a bath with shower mixer taps, separate shower enclosure, hand basin, WC and two heated towel rails.

Outside

Spring Cottage is quietly positioned off Cambers Lane down a long shingled driveway (shared with one property) with off-street parking for two cars. There is easy access with a slope to the entrance door.

The private rear garden has been landscaped with a lawn and terrace with outside furniture and a charcoal barbecue. It is a real sun trap, enjoying sun throughout the day. Whilst it is fenced, please note that there are no side gates so it does open onto the front driveway.

There is pedestrian access onto Beacon Hill Road, where it is only a few minutes walk to Burnham Market's village green.
