Sitting Room: This is a charming cosy room with an attractive exposed brick wall, a wood burner with a basket of wood and kindling provided in season, two sofas and a large bean bag chair and large flat screen TV, Satellite free view, with DVD player. There is a large table with seating for up to 6 people.

There is an open staircase leading up to the bedrooms (young children may need supervision)

First Floor

Bedroom 1: Beautifully presented light and airy room at the front of the cottage with a double bed, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

Ensuite cloakroom with WC and wash basin.

Bedroom 2: A twin bedded room with a wardrobe and chest of drawers. The bedroom is at the front of the cottage overlooking the lovely cottage front garden.

All duvets, pillows and mattress protectors are hypoallergenic.

A booster seat is available at the property if required.

Outside

At the back of the cottage is a good-sized garden and off road parking for one car. There is an outside table and chairs available to use. There is also a front garden to the property. The garden is a real sun-trap and enjoys the afternoon and evening sun.
