Outside there's a superb large fully enclosed garden and the advantage of off-street parking.

Sitting/Dining Room: sitting area has comfortable sofa and armchairs, TV and dVD, brick fireplace with electric wood-burning effect stove. The dining area has a dining table and chairs comfortably seating six. There are French doors to the patio of the enlcosed garden.
