Bailey-Wick Cottage is a quirky Norfolk flint and brick period end-terrace cottage, ideally located on the old High Street, in the heart of Wells, only moments from The Buttlands with its green and the excellent Crown Hotel and Globe Inn. This gorgeous cottage has been fully renovated to provide all the bonuses of modern living with a cosy stylish interior and the advantage of gas central heating. It is conveniently located within walking distance of the picturesque quay and bustling town centre of Wells, with its great selection of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants.

One small dog may be considered at the owner's discretion.

Accommodation

Ground Floor

The ground floor is all open plan

Kitchen: well-equipped kitchen with an integrated, fridge with icebox, dishwasher, double electric oven, halogen hob, washing machine, microwave and a Belfast sink.

Sitting Room: has stripped wooden floorboards with rugs, a wood-burner and is comfortably furnished with a sofa and armchair and digital Smart TV. There is a dining table with bench seating and three chairs.

First Floor

The stairs are not too steep, straight and there is a hand rail.

Bedroom 1: beautifully presented room with an ornamental fireplace. There is a double bed, bedside table and lamp, a chest of drawers, full length mirror, armchair and a wardrobe.

Bedroom 2: has full-size twin beds, a bedside table and lamp and a chest of drawers.

Shower room: with a large shower with drench and hand held shower attachment, hand basin, heated towel rail and WC.

There is a hairdryer for use in the house.

Outside

Please note that there is a security camera that covers the entrance and the key box.

There is sole use of a small fully enclosed outside area at the front of the cottage with a bistro style dining set and bench.

While there is no dedicated parking for Bailey-Wick Cottage, there are sections of the high street or the adjoining streets where parking is free and unrestricted and it is usually possible to park in front of or near the cottage. There are also a number of paid car parks around Wells, where a longer stay ticket can be purchased.

Bailey Wick cottage is ideally located within walking distance of the picturesque quay and the fabulous selection of independent shops, pubs and restaurants in Wells.
