Allpoints is a lovely period Victorian cottage, owned by the same family for over 50 years, which has been sympathetically and carefully renovated, transforming it into a luxurious and stylish home. This charming cottage has a wealth of original features, thoughtfully designed with upstairs ceilings exposed to leave high ceilinged bedrooms with exposed beams and a wonderful feeling of space. Downstairs has been extended to create a light and airy contemporary kitchen/breakfast room and a comfortable separate sitting room with stained glass window. It's ideally positioned in the heart of Burnham Market, close to the picturesque village green, with the advantage of an off-street parking space and a private enclosed courtyard garden for outside dining. North Norfolk's spectacular wide open sandy beaches are less than 10 minutes drive away. It is a fantastic central location for exploring all of the North Norfolk coast.
Please be aware there is building work happening next door to Allpoints, the works should be completed by the end of September.

Ground Floor
There is oil central heating throughout the cottage, making it warm and cosy throughout the year. There is also a woodburner.
Sitting Room:charming room with a beamed ceiling. The room is comfortable and stylish with oak flooring and a feature stained glass window. There's a wood-burning stove, leather corner sofa, TV with DVD player. There is a useful storage cupboard for coats.
Kitchen/Breakfast Room: an attractive light and airy room with a modern hand-built kitchen and a separate dining area with French doors to the south facing patio. The kitchen has been thoughtfully equipped with a Belling electric range cooker, microwave, integral dishwasher, integral fridge and separate integral freezer. The dining area has a built-in dresser and a dining table with six chairs. Please note that the laundry facilities are in the outbuilding utility room.
The staircase is not steep and there is a hand rail.
First Floor
Bedroom 1: fabulous spacious room with a high ceiling and original beams, with an attractive exposed original flint and brick wall. Beautifully presented with a super king-size bed, bedside tables and lamps, free standing wardrobe, full length mirror, chest of drawers, dressing table & chair, two stylish cocktail chairs with coffee table.
Bedroom 2: This is a lovely, bright, airy room with velux window, twin beds, beside table and lamp, wardrobe and a dressing table.
Bathroom: This is a contemporary room with a gorgeous slipper bath plus a separate walk in shower cubicle (with a step over lip), hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.
Outside
There is the advantage of a private off-street parking space for one car at the side of the cottage.
At the back of the cottage is a private fully enclosed south-facing courtyard garden, paved with garden furniture and a barbecue.
There is an outbuilding utility room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
