Seven Edges is a much-loved family holiday home, enviably located along a small quiet lane very close to Brancaster beach, with views from the back overlooking the golf course towards the sea. It has been renovated and refurbished, including the addition of a new kitchen, and is available for holiday lets again in 2017 (for full weeks only). This lovely house has plenty of living and dining space and will comfortably sleep four guests, with the advantage of a separate annexe which may sleep up to a further four guests, making spacious accommodation for families and friends throughout the year, and a fabulous large private garden. This is a unique place to stay, being one of the closest properties to the glorious sandy beach, only minutes walk from the highly acclaimed Royal West Norfolk golf club and The Ship Inn.

Ground Floor

Entrance Hall: Large room with table football.

There is wi-fi available throughout the house.

Kitchen/Dining Area: Light and spacious room with great views across the marshes towards the sea. Well-equipped newly fitted cream painted kitchen with Everhot range cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. There's a large extendable dining table seating up to 10 guests.

Utility Room: Washing machine and tumble dryer and a second fridge/freezer.

Shower Room: Power shower, heated towel rail & hand basin.

Cloakroom: WC and hand basin.

Sitting Room: Lovely light room with double aspect windows with window seats, open working fireplace, comfortable sofas, armchair, dresser, freeview digital TV & DVD player, leads into....

Sun Room: Chairs and garden views.

First Floor

Bedroom 1: King-size bed, bedside tables & lamps, built-in cupboard.

Bedroom 2: Twin beds, bedside table & lamp, chest of drawers.

Bathroom: bathroom with a bath, shower , hand basin, heated towel rail and WC.

Please note there is another bedroom in the house but it is locked and not available for rentals.


Seven Edges is quietly located off the un-adopted Broad Lane with a five bar wooden gate leading to the front shingled drive with ample parking space. The house is surrounded by large lawned areas to the front and rear.



Please note that this provides more basic accommodation than in the main house.

Bedroom 1:
A large room with a double bed, bedside tables & lamps and wardrobe.

Bedroom 2: Twin beds, bedside tables & lamps, chest of drawers, cupboard.

Bathroom: fairly basic with a bath with shower over, hand basin, WC, heated towel rail.

The rear garden has wonderful open views out towards the seas and there is a bank preventing access onto the marshes. There is a terrace with outside furniture.

It takes about 5 minutes to walk along the coastal path to the beautiful sandy beach.


Short Breaks

3 night break: 70% of full week price
4 night break: 80% of full week price
5 night break: 90% of full week price

3/4/5 day short breaks are not usually available during school holiday periods.

Prices may be subject to change.

Please note that where dogs are permitted the standard charge is £20.00 per week or part week; however some cottage owners request a higher amount and this will be specified in the individual property description.
