September House is a contemporary coastal Norfolk detached house enviably located in the highly sought after village of Brancaster Staithe, behind a substantial electric gate, within a few steps from the Norfolk coastal path. This unique property has been creatively designed with a spacious light and airy first floor living area with access to a wonderful decked balcony overlooking the garden. Also on the first floor is the modern kitchen and a lovely master en-suite bedroom. Downstairs there's a fabulous entrance hall with exposed flint walls and a further two guest bedrooms each with their own bath/shower room, together with a super TV room/snug for relaxing. There is ample parking space for cars and boats in the front drive, with a private rear lawned garden. It is a short walk to the coast, the shops, Deepdale Cafe and the White Horse restaurant.

Ground Floor

Entrance Hall: light and spacious with attractive exposed flint walls and tiled floor. There is a boot room and a large glazed door leading out to the terrace. An attractive wooden staircase with an open tread and glass sides leads up from the hall.

TV room/Snug: hidden away behind a glass sliding door from the hall, this room provides the perfect space to relax, with a Panasonic HD TV with BT Entertainment plus Freeview package, DVD player and a large comfy L-shaped sofa. There is a selection of board games available for guests to use.

Laundry Room: useful spacious room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and plenty of space for the storage of coats and wet-suits.

Bedroom 2: has a double bed, bedside tables and lamps, chair, built-in wardrobe and a glazed door to the garden. En-suite shower room: walk-in shower, hand basin, WC and a heated towel rail.

Bedroom 3: with zip-link beds which may be configured as twin beds or as a king-size bed (please advise at time of booking), bedside tables and lamps, built-in wardrobes, full-length mirror and a glazed door to the garden.

Bathroom: contains a bath with a fixed overhead shower, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.

First Floor

An attractive staircase leads into the fabulous light and airy open plan living/kitchen area with glazed doors opening onto the decked balcony.

Sitting area: has a contemporary wood burner with a feature "pebble wall" and two large comfy sofas positioned to enjoy the lovely views over the garden.

Dining area: has a large table with six chairs.

Kitchen area: well-equipped with a Neff induction hob, Miele electric fan oven, integral dishwasher, microwave, American style fridge freezer (with ice and water dispenser)

Bedroom 1: Super king size bed, bedside tables and lamps, built-in wardrobes with hanging rail and drawers, full length mirror, chest of drawers and a tub chair. En-suite bathroom: spacious with bath, separate walk-in shower, double-size wash basin, heated towel rail, bidet and WC.

Cloakroom: separate WC and hand basin.

There is a second glazed staircase up from the living area.

Second Floor Viewing Area

With a glass floor and a telescope to enjoy the spectacular views across the marshes and out to sea.

Please note that due to the nature of the staircases, September House may not be suitable for young children/toddlers.


September House is securely located behind a solid wooden electric gate with a spacious shingle front driveway with plenty of room to park cars and boats.

There is a well-maintained rear garden which is fully enclosed and mainly lawned, with a part paved and part decked terrace area. An external staircase leads from the garden to a first floor decked area with outside furniture - a lovely spot to sit and enjoy the view. From the back of the garden there is a small gate and a path which leads directly to the coastal path, with the picturesque harbour only a few minutes walk away.

3 night break: 70% of full week price
4 night break: 80% of full week price
5 night break: 90% of full week price

3/4/5 day short breaks are not usually available during school holiday periods.

Prices may be subject to change.

Please note that where dogs are permitted the standard charge is £20.00 per week or part week; however some cottage owners request a higher amount and this will be specified in the individual property description.
