Downstairs has oak flooring and there's an L-shaped light and airy open plan stylish living area which has a sociable sitting area at one end, a dining area nearest the garden and a kitchen. In addition to this there's a lovely separate sitting room across the hallway.

Kitchen: High quality well-equipped bespoke hand made kitchen with built in larder unit, Silestone worktop, Villeroy and Boch sink, Franke tri flow tap, a new Stoves range electric cooker with an induction hob and extractor, integral microwave, AEG dishwasher, waste disposal unit, wine fridge and a Siemens fridge/freezer. There is a curved breakfast island with a granite work surface and bar chairs.Off the kitchen is a Utility Room: with a washing machine, sink, additional storage cupboards and a door to the garden.

Living/dining area: A lovely light and airy space, feature brick wall, with large glazed doors at both ends: the dining end doors open out to the back garden and the sitting end has doors opening onto the front drive.

There is a large dining table with 8 chairs and a sideboard and this leads into the comfortable sitting area which has a part glazed roof. There are 2 sofas and a chair, a wall-mounted plasma freeview digital TV.

Cloakroom: off the entrance hall with Porcelanosa tiles, a hand basin and WC.

At the back of the house is an attractive fully enclosed garden which is mainly lawn, with a patio area and outside furniture, plus a barbecue.

The garden backs onto the grounds of Westgate Hall so there are lovely open views.

The beautiful unspoilt North Norfolk coast is easily reached within a 10 minute drive.

4 night break: 80% of full week price
5 night break: 90% of full week price

3/4/5 day short breaks are not usually available during school holiday periods.

Please note that where dogs are permitted the standard charge is £20.00 per week or part week; however some cottage owners request a higher amount and this will be specified in the individual property description.
