Lavender House is an attractive 18th Century Norfolk detached cottage which is currently being extended with the addition of a fabulous new kitchen/conservatory and a new downstairs bathroom. The work will be completed in April 2019. This is the perfect holiday house for two families having spacious living areas, a large private garden and situated within walking distance of the coast at Burnham Overy Staithe and the Georgian village of Burnham Market, with its excellent selection of shops and great restaurants.

Conservatory/Dining Room: Lovely light room with French doors to the attractive garden. Dining table seating up to 10 and cane sofas overlooking the garden.

Bedroom 4: Zip link beds which can be joined together to make a double, chests of drawers, wardrobe, garden view.

Bedroom 5: Single bed, table and lamp, wardrobe with integral drawers and garden view.
Outside
Private driveway to attractive large enclosed garden which is mailnly lawned with a rotary clothes drier and dog kennel. There is a patio area with garden furniture and a barbecue. There are open views across adjacent fields. A dog kennel and fixed washing line can be found in the back garden.
Garage: has a second fridge/freezer for additional cold storage and also a table tennis table and a dart-board.

3 night break: 70% of full week price
4 night break: 80% of full week price
5 night break: 90% of full week price
3/4/5 day short breaks are not usually available during school holiday periods.

Please note that where dogs are permitted the standard charge is £20.00 per week or part week; however some cottage owners request a higher amount and this will be specified in the individual property description.
