Ideally located, it is set back from the road with a private front drive (with ample parking) and a large attractive enclosed rear garden, only a short walk from Burnham Market's village green. Guests have plenty of space to cook and eat with a stunning open plan bespoke kitchen with light and airy dining area and a relaxed sitting area, with the advantage of a lovely separate sitting room for guests to escape to. Upstairs there are four beautifully presented bedrooms, two of which have super king-size beds and contemporary en-suite shower rooms. Staying at Cobblestones offers a boutique hotel experience with the comforts of your own home, ideal throughout the year for family holidays or for up to three couples (each having a really nice super/king-size bedroom and their own bathroom), only a short walk from the renowned Hoste Arms and Burnham Market's independent, original shops.

Fabulous L-shaped light and airy open plan stylish living area which really does have the wow factor! Has a sociable sitting area at one end, a dining area nearest the garden and a superb newly installed kitchen. In addition to this there's a lovely separate sitting room across the hallway.

There is free fibre optic wifi provided.

Kitchen: superb high specification kitchen carefully designed to ensure that guests have all they could possibly need to store food and cater for every occasion. Appliances include a range electric cooker with induction hob and extractor hood, integral Siemens grill/microwave, two integral dishwashers, full height integral fridge and larder cupboard.There is a curved breakfast island with a granite work surface and bar chairs, with under-counter integral wine cooler and an integral freezer. Leading from the kitchen is a Utility Room: with an integral washer/dryer, sink, additional storage cupboards and a back door to the garden.

Living/dining area: A lovely light and airy space with glazed bifold doors along three sides opening out to the attractive rear garden and the front terrace.

Overlooking the garden is a feature bespoke round glass dining table with teak trunk and eight rattan dining chairs and this leads into the lovely sitting area with two large comfy sofas, a wall-mounted plasma freeview digital TV and a flint ornamental fireplace.

Bedroom 3: another lovely room with a Juliet balcony overlooking the garden, king-size bed, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe, and a dressing table.

Bedroom 4: overlooks the garden and has twin beds and a wardrobe.

Family bathroom: high quality bathroom with contemporary free-standing bath with shower mixer taps, separate walk-in shower, vanity basin unit, heated towel rail and WC.


Cobblestones is conveniently situated just off Burnham Market's village green, with the great advantage of plenty of off-street parking at the front of the house in the shingle drive. Also at the front of the house is a terrace with outside table and chairs.

At the back of the house is a large attractive fully enclosed garden which has been landscaped and perfect for families and friends to enjoy spending time outdoors. There's a good-sized lawn ideal for ball-games, lovely terrace area with outside furniture and even a fire-pit for chilly evenings!

The garden backs onto the grounds of Westgate Hall so there are lovely open views.

The beautiful unspoilt North Norfolk coast is easily reached within a 10 minute drive.
