This apartment has been used by the current owners for many years as their private holiday home and is now being offered for holiday rentals. The property is accessed by a lift or stairs via a video entry system and has a parking space in the Granary car-park . This is a fantastic location with breath-taking views, in the heart of Wells within a short walk of all of the amenities and the coast.

Sitting/dining area: wonderful light and spacious area with fantastic uninterrupted views across the east quay and out to sea. There are 2 large leather sofas and a chair, digital TV, DVD player and VCR. There is a dining table with 6 chairs from which diners can also enjoy the spectacular views.

Bedroom 1: At the back of the apartment with a double bed, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe and chair.

Bedroom 2: At the back of the apartment with twin beds, bedside table and lamp, built-in wardrobe, dressing table and chest of drawers.

Bathroom: Bath with mixer taps and shower over, hand basin and WC.

There is a hairdryer in the apartment.

The apartment is warm and comfortable throughout the year, heated by gas central heating.

Outside

There is space to park one car in The Granary car-park at the rear of the building.

Short Breaks

3 night break: 70% of full week price
4 night break: 80% of full week price
5 night break: 90% of full week price

3/4/5 day short breaks are not usually available during school holiday periods.

Prices may be subject to change.

Please note that where dogs are permitted the standard charge is £20.00 per week or part week; however some cottage owners request a higher amount and this will be specified in the individual property description.
