History

Famed for association with Pocahontas, the Rolfe family are the most famous inhabitants of Heacham, from the 16th century. After seeking adventure in The New World it was John Rolfe who married the Native American Rebecca (Pocahontas), and along with their 2 year old son took them back to his family home the former Heacham Hall. The image of Pocahontas adorns the village sign and also the St Mary's the Virgin Church.

Hunstanton Town is just 3 miles from Heacham and is a traditional seaside town with the added addition of fun water sports such as kite surfing and windsurfing.

A visit to Sandringham House, gardens and country park is a popular destination for all. Whether you simply want to take the pooch for a stroll, or discover the royals much loved country retreat, you’ll have the grandest of days.

WOW! Location, location, location... this superb beach fronted house is a luxurious sanctuary. It is the perfect place for some calm and relaxation whilst immersing in the beauty of the coastline. The uninterrupted panoramic views are truly stunning. We were mesmerised by the spectacular sunsets over the bay. Being west-facing... some of the best we have ever seen! The stroll from garden to beach is effortless. The house itself is immaculately clean and incredibly comfortable. A thoughtful layout, considered design and extremely well-equipped with every convenience you could think of! Our favourites were the huge bathtubs, under floor heating, bi-fold doors, walk-in wardrobe, boiling hot water tap, ambient fire & breathtaking balcony! The welcome hamper of fizz & nibbles was a lovely touch. Thank you for a wonderful week in your stunning house... we’re leaving well-rested and recharged!

Superbly located property. We had dogs with us and to be right on the beach was heaven for them! The photos on your website promise a wow factor but in real life, exceeded that! We liked the modern, thoughtful design and the balcony views were simply stunning! Could not fault this property! The house was well designed, clean and had every modern comfort. We will be booking again as soon as work permits. Thank you to all of you.
