Just a short drive away is the royal residence of Sandringham Estate. Further along the North Norfolk Coastal Path the pretty villages of Thornham and Brancaster can be found, with many nature reserves along the way including RSPB Titchwell. Absolutely loved this cottage, clean, spacious, well equipped, comfortable and lovely location. One of the best rentals we’ve stayed in. Watching the squirrels playing in the garden. Felt like we were in a park

Keli, 16th of December 2023

Very well appointed home in a fantastic, quiet location. Home from home, great garden and proximity to beach.

The Paxton's, 16th of October 2023

Had an amazing time, everything that you would expect was in the cottage including lots of extra items, especially kitchen utensils etc. Bed was really comfortable and location central for travelling to different areas, including hunstanton, Wells Next the Sea, Sheringham and Cromer. other lovely villages/beaches along the A149 too. Old Hunstanton beach is lovely with all the sand dunes, lifeboat station and cafe. If visiting Cromer would definitely recommend Cod and Chips at No.1 Cromer restaurant, great sea view whilst eating too. Mim’s ice-cream parlour is only a 5 min drive with Drove Orchard and farm shop. It was over far too quick and we can’t wait to stay again, either in this property or next door, as we have stayed there twice in the past. Thanks again.

The Wilshaws, 29th of August 2023

We had a wonderful stay at Seawards, the location was perfect and I don’t think we’ve ever stayed in such a well appointed holiday cottage. Everything we needed, and more! Old Hunstanton is a beautiful village in a perfect location we hope to come back again! Location and facilities for a family stay were perfect.

The Hasting's, 4th of May 2023

A lovely family home. The house was warm, cosy & well equipped. Everything was extremely comfortable! We slept amazingly well. The kitchen became a favourite place to congregate in & it was great having a utility room where we could put walking boots & have easy access to the garden & side gate.

The Hurcombe's, 11th of November 2022

A very comfortable and well presented house on a very quiet estate. The kitchen, in particular, had all the utensils, crockery, etc. that made it home from home; it even had a knife sharpener.

The Beecroft's, 28th of October 2022

Had a lovely week relaxing in a super location for adults and especially children- would stop again

The Hill's, 3rd of June 2022

Seawards is a very practical house, nice decor and everything we needed. Liked the garden and having both an outside dining table and also separate comfortable seating. It’s location, the gated development and peace, the practical layout. Liked the style, facilities and decor. Great to have a shed. Very cosy and comfortable. Thanks to the owners for sharing their lovely home.

The Butterworth Family, 16th of July 2021

The Wileman's, 27th of September 2019

Things we liked most: Location, available space (incl garden), mattress (adults), eating in the kitchen (4yo), games (adults and 4 yo). Buckaroo had no tail! It was very well appointed and seemed to have everything...but no teapot! Really, not the end of the world. We had a lovely holiday, thank you. Seawards is a fabulous holiday cottage.

Dalloways, 8th of June 2018

It was a very comfortable cottage in a great location - Very quiet.
We loved it here.
The proximity to The Lodge Pub was wonderful, we ate there most nights.
It was very peaceful and we liked the fact that the property was gated which made us feel very secure.
