All the beautifully presented bedrooms are en-suite so this is perfect for up to three couples or a family. It has a stunning open plan kitchen/dining room with a gorgeous bespoke kitchen, designed and fitted by Norfolk Living. The cottage is ideally located within walking distance of the centre of the highly sought after Georgian village of Burnham Market, which has an excellent choice of independent shops, boutiques and fabulous places to eat. Olive's Cottage has off-street parking for up to five cars.

There is a lovely open plan kitchen/dining area which leads through to the sitting area. Bi-fold doors lead out to an attractive terrace and garden.
Sitting room: a light and airy room stylishly presented with a large comfortable sofa and armchairs, coffee and side tables with occasional lamps and a large wall-mounted Smart TV. .
Kitchen/dining room: a high quality bespoke hand-painted kitchen with stone work surfaces. There is a built-in double oven, induction hob with remote controlled extractor, an integral dishwasher, integral fridge/freezer and a microwave. For dining, there's a large wooden table which comfortably provides seating for six people.
Utility: with fitted units and a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bedroom 2: is at the front of the cottage. There is a king-size bed (which may be un-linked to create two 3' single beds - please request at time of booking) with bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers and a large built-in double wardrobe.

Bedroom 3: at the back of the cottage, there is a king-size bed, bedside tables and lamps, and a built-in wardrobe.

Olive's Cottage has a large front shingle driveway, with off street parking for up to five cars.
At the back is a fully enclosed (fenced) garden with a paved area and outside furniture making this safe for children or pets.
It's conveniently located with walking distance of the centre of Burnham Market which has a good range of independent shops and places to eat. The glorious Norfolk Coast is only a few minutes drive away.

Burnham Market
Location
Unlike many other English towns which are dominated by multiples, Burnham Market has a traditional post office, butcher, hardware shop, fish shop and chemist for all the necessities of everyday life, but there are also over 30 highly original independent and specialist shops, selling a wide range of exciting deli products, vibrant and stylish accessories for home and garden, smart clothes shops, and books old and new. There are some great places to eat, including the renowned Hoste Arms which is a 17th Century old coaching house, the stylish No Twenty 9 bar and restaurant and Socius in Foundry Field. As a result Burnham Market attracts many celebrities and cosmopolitan visitors and is vibrant and bustling in the holiday periods, earning the nickname Chelsea-on-Sea. There is an annual August craft fair and in November the picturesque Christmas lights are turned on, making the village the perfect place to visit for Christmas shopping.
