Duckling Cottage

4 Adults and 2 children stayed for 3 nights, we had a smashing time. The house is only a short walk from the village centre, which we know very well. It was a shame the weather wasn't great, but we still managed to get out and about.

Excellent cottage, stayed here many years ago and decided to stay again. New owners have done great job with it. Will stay again and recommend the cottage.

Back again for another excellent stay at this lovely cottage. So well equipped and with a lovely dog friendly garden. I will be back again. Comfort and safe garden for my best friend.

We keep coming back to this property as its position really suits our sort of holiday and the bungalow gives us space. The improvement to the front entrance and car parking is really good as well as a visual improvement.

Found cottage in pleasant quiet location. Short walk to local grocery shop and village. Everything clean and well maintained and had enjoyable stay.

Duckling cottage had everything in that you could possibly need , it is well situated just a 5 minute walk into the centre of Burnham Market. Beds are extremely comfortable. We know North Norfolk very well so the location of this property was ideal for the places we love to visit.

It was better than we expected, the cleanliness of the property was 10 out of 10, the state of the garden was 10 out of 10. It was very clean and comfortable and though it was quite central it was nice a quiet. We liked everything about the property and will be staying again.

The property was better than expected. Quiet location, neat and tidy interior. Perfect wee cottage for our family wedding and then a few days R&R. Thank you.

The owners have spent a lot of time making sure the bungalow is like a home from home, the kitchen has everything you could need for any meal, more mugs glassware etc than any one could need.

Warm and convenient, well dressed and equipped.

Property better than expected. Refurbished since our last visit 4 years ago with the addition of ensuite and modern shower. Location ideal for Burnham Market and base for coastal walks; conservatory is nice feature and ideal for dogs. Lovely neighbours who did the gardening!

Lovely furnishings, conveniently located, kind helpful neighbours. We met the owners who were very nice. It was a perfect house and a lovely holiday.

It was very spacious, light and very comfortable. Toppers on every bed made them very comfortable. Nice conservatory and an all round very pleasing property.

I would like to thank Steve and Chris for a lovely bungalow with many interesting items, books etc to enjoy. There were also little touches like tissues and a sewing kit to use. Thanks also for the excellent iron. I would like to give them 10 out of 10.

The property was well maintained and the utensils supplied well thought and maintained.

Would just like to say we had a superb stay at Ducklings this week. Very comfortable little bungalow in an amazingly quite location. Breakfast in the conservatory was lovely and evening meals on the patio a great finish to the day.
