Guest Reviews
The house was even better than the photos on the website. Beautifully furnished and equipped property. We loved the open design downstairs with a fabulous working kitchen. The conservatory was fabulous and a very sociable space for dining. We thought it one of the best properties we have stayed in and hope to book again next year.

The whole house was just perfect for our family, lovely kitchen and dining area, the garden room was so lovely to just sit and read in, all in all a great house to stay at.
The Graham Family - 04/09/2020
We most like the lovely conservatory dining room, we loved eating in there. The garden is an equally lovely place to sit. Having house martens flying above the garden and swooping into nearby roof spaces was a joy. 10 out of 10.

Better than Expected The house was lovely and warm when we arrived and was the same through our stay. Everything was well appointed and comfortable, it was like home from home We really liked the cosiness and warmth. Also the allowance for 2 dogs was key for us. They had a great time!

The conservatory and summer house are a great addition.
There was plenty of space for everyone and two televisions solved any viewing conflicts.

I just wanted to drop you a quick e-mail to say what a lovely holiday we have just had.
Arthurs was fantastic accommodation!! We spend at least two weeks a year in Norfolk and this is one of the best cottages we have stayaed in.
Please compliment the cleaner as well, as the place was immaculate!!
I see from the details that they are adding a conservatory/dining area for 2018, which I am sure will be amazing too.

Burnham Market
Location
Unlike many other English towns which are dominated by multiples, Burnham Market has a traditional post office, butcher, hardware shop, fish shop and chemist for all the necessities of everyday life, but there are also over 30 highly original independent and specialist shops, selling a wide range of exciting deli products, vibrant and stylish accessories for home and garden, smart clothes shops, and books old and new. There are some great places to eat, including the renowned Hoste Arms which is a 17th Century old coaching house, the stylish new No Twenty 9 bar and restaurant, the highly rated North Street Bistro and newly opened Socius in Foundry Field. As a result Burnham Market attracts many celebrities and cosmopolitan visitors and is vibrant and bustling in the holiday periods, earning the nickname Chelsea-on-Sea. There is an annual August craft fair and in November the picturesque Christmas lights are turned on, making the village the perfect place to visit for Christmas shopping.
