Ground Floor Entrance

The entrance is shared with 3 other apartments with a communal wide staircase leading to the entrance to number 14 on the first floor.

The maisonette is on two levels, with the living space on the top floor and bedrooms and shower room on the lower level. The bedrooms are heated by thermostatically controlled electric radiators with underfloor heating in the shower room and the upstairs living area.

First Floor

Bedroom 1: with a king-size bed, bedside lights and large built-in wardrobes with mirrored doors, giving plenty of shelving and hanging space for clothes. Lovely large window with open countryside views.

Bedroom 2: smaller room with a double bed which may be lifted up to provide ample storage under the bed. This room is ideal for one adult or two small children to share. It has a gorgeous arched feature window with lovely views.

Shower room: contemporary new fittings with a shower cubicle, hand basin, heated towel rail and WC.

Second Floor

There is a carpeted staircase with a hand rail leading up to the living area with a kitchen and sitting area.

Living area: fabulous room with large windows with lovely countryside and distant sea views. It has a comfy L-shaped sofa, wall-mounted contemporary electric fire with real flame pebble effect and a flat screen TV with integral DVD player. There is a gate-leg dining table with four chairs.

Kitchen area: contemporary fitted kitchen with an integral fridge/freezer, integral slim-line dishwasher, electric oven with extractor hood, induction hob and an integral washing machine.

Outside

Plenty of parking in large communal parking area at the rear of the building. Beautifully landscaped communal gardens for guest use (picnic blanket is provided) with plenty of space for children to play. There is a communal clothes drying area making it easy to dry wet beach towels etc.

Sorry but dogs are not permitted to stay and bookings must be full weeks only.

Docking

Location

All roads in North Norfolk seem to lead to Docking. It's a busy village with an excellent small supermarket and post office, a fish and chip shop, blacksmith, village pub, a large village playing field, tennis court and bowling green. It also has its own weekly village market every Wednesday morning at The Ripper Hall between 9am and 1pm, where a great selection of local produce is available. On Mondays freshly cooked wood-fired pizzas are available from Bordolis outside Ripper Hall - delicious! Docking also has its own coarse fishing lake that is available on a day ticket basis.

The village is perfectly placed for the North Norfolk Coast and its long, fine sandy beaches. Brancaster and The Royal West Norfolk Golf Club are about five miles away. There are two golf courses in Hunstanton, which is less than eight miles away. The Titchwell Bird Reserve, home to terns and waders is close by. The ultra fashionable Georgian village of Burnham Market, Sandringham and the market towns of Fakenham and King's Lynn are also nearby.
