A traditional single-storey cottage which has just
been renovated and has a newly fitted kitchen and bathroom. A
courtyard garden has a studio leading from it. The Rosary is
situated in the heart of Wells and is within a minutes walk of the
renowned restaurant 'The Crown' and it is only a short walk to the quay
and a good selection of shops. The sandy beach is 1 mile away and
may be reached on foot, car or miniature railway.Accommodation
Ground Floor:
Kitchen: Newly fitted with large
fridge/freezer, built-in single electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher,
washing machine, microwave. There is a breakfast bar with 2
stools.
Bathroom: Newly fitted with bath and electric shower, hand
basin, WC and towel rail.
Bedroom: Twin beds, bedside table and lamp, chest of
drawers, hanging space and wooden shutters.
Sitting Room: Open working fireplace, sofa, 2 armchairs,
TV, Stereo/CD. Doors to outside courtyard area.
The cottage has gas central heating. Sorry no pets

Enclosed courtyard area with cast iron round table and chairs, water
fountain, shrubs and plants.
Studio: Accessed from the
courtyard and ideal additional living space with double futon, table and
chairs, tumble dryer and stereo.
