The Pond House is a beautifully presented 4 bedroom detached brick and flint
house which provides an excellent standard of accommodation. It is situated in a
quiet location in the picturesque Georgian village of Burnham Market, within easy walking
distance of a wide range of shops and restaurants.

working open fireplace, TV/Video/DVD.
Dining Room: Oak table with 6 chairs, plenty of games.
Second Sitting Room: Cosy room with sofa, desk, TV/Video and
DVD.
Conservatory: Sofa, chair, TV & Video, with doors to
patio garden.
Bathroom: Shower, hand basin and WC.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: Double bed, bedside units & lamps, TV/Video, with en-suite
bathroom: bath, shower, hand basin & WC.
Bedroom 2: Single bed, bedside unit & lamp, TV/Video.
Bedroom 3: Twin beds, bedside unit & lamp, TV/Video
Bedroom 4: Double bed, single child's bed and pull-out bed,

House has oil central heating. Travel cot, child's stroller & carrier
