The Garth is a lovely Georgian house which has just been completely
refurbished and redecorated to a very high standard. It has wonderful views across
the marshes out to sea and is situated in a prime position with enclosed gardens backing
onto Overy Staithe Sailing Club. There is pedestrian and boat access onto the
Staithe. The house is ideal for two families sharing, with 4 bedrooms and 3
bathrooms.

Bedroom 2: Twin beds bedside table and lamp, beamed ceiling,
clothes storage.
Bedroom 3: Large room with twin beds, bedside table and
lamp, built-in cupboard, table ornamental fireplace.
Bedroom 4: Two sets of full-size bunk beds, storage boxes,
chest of drawers, beamed ceiling.
Bathroom: Bath with shower over, WC and hand basin. Separate
WC and sink.
The house has oil-fired central heating.
High chair and 2 travel cots are available.
Outside:
Large enclosed gardens to front and rear of the house, with spacious
shingled parking area at front. Out-building with table tennis table, garden
furniture.
Rear lawned garden with access to the Staithe and sea views.
Dogs are welcome providing they stay in
the utility room.
