Weekend breaks commence
on a Thursday at 3pm
and finish on a Tuesday morning at 11am.

Staithe Garden Cottage is a beautiful, large secluded family home with a total
of 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. It is built of traditional Norfolk chalk, brick and
flint and consists of a main house with an adjoining guest house. The house has
spectacular views across the harbour and marshes, and direct access to the coastal path.

Main House
Ground Floor:
Kitchen: Well equipped with dishwasher, double oven
cooker, two fridge/freezers, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and food processor.
Breakfast area and doors to terrace overlooking the garden.
Large Sitting/Dining Area: A 40 foot long room with large
fireplace and seating at one end, and dining area at the other.
Four Bedrooms and Four Bathrooms
First Floor:
Additional Living Room with fireplace and stunning views
over the sea. Large terrace for summer dining.
Two Bedrooms one with
ensuite bathroom and a small Utility Room with washer
and two dryers.
Guest House
Adjoins the main house across a small terrace.
Has Two further Bedrooms and a Bathroom.
Oil fired central heating, logs for fires and electricity are included in
the price.
Video, CD and DVD players, TV's, cot and high chairs also provided.
Outside:
Extensive grounds including secure walled garden, croquet lawn, dining
terrace, orchard and access to the marshes and coastal path.
