Skylark is a spacious
bungalow with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which has been recently
extended and refurbished throughout to a high standard. It is
suitable for wheel chair users and has a wireless broadband connection.
Situated in a quiet location only minutes walk from the harbour at
Brancaster Staithe and the Jolly Sailors Pub, with a big lawned garden
backing onto fields.

Kitchen: Spacious open plan eating/dining
area looking onto the garden and across fields. There is an Aga, small
electric oven (for use when Aga turned off) built-in dishwasher, built-in
fridge/freezer and a larder containing a microwave and drinks fridge.

Sitting Room: Open working fireplace, two large sofas,
freeview TV and DVD. Doors to garden.

WC and wash basin.
