Seven Edges is a wonderful family home accommodating 6 in the main house and with a separate annexe across the driveway sleeping 4.   It has recently been renovated and refurbished throughout to a high standard.  The house is in an excellent location - off a small quiet lane and overlooking the golf club at Brancaster.  There are large front and rear gardens and the sandy beach is only minutes walk away.

Ground Floor:
Entrance hall:  Large room with sofa and chair.
Kitchen/Dining Area:  Light and spacious room with great views across the marshes towards the sea.  Well-equipped kitchen with large built-in electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer.  Large extendable dining table seating up to 12.
Utility Room:  Washing machine and tumble dryer.
Shower Room:  Power shower, hand basin and heated towel rail.
Separate WC.
Sitting Room: 
Lovely light room with windows at both ends, open fireplace, comfortable sofas, dresser, TV and video.  Leads into . . .
Sun Room: 
Chairs and garden views.

First Floor:
Bedroom 1:  Double bed, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers, hand basin - lovely sea views.
Bedroom 2:  Twin beds, bedside tables and lamps, built-in cupboard.
Bedroom 3:  Twin beds, bedside table and lamp, chest of drawers.
Bathroom:  Bath, shower, hand basin, heated towel rail and WC.

Outside:
Large lawned areas to the front and rear of the house.  Rear garden has bank preventing access onto the marshes.  Garden furniture.  Plenty of parking on front shingle drive.  There is a separate annexe sleeping 4 which may be rented with the main house.
