A traditional terraced cottage which has recently been refurbished to a
high standard. The cottage has one double bedroom and a comfortable sitting room
with well-equipped kitchen area. It has a pretty front garden with views across to
the church and is situated in the charming village of Thornham within walking distance of
the beautiful coast. The RSPB reserve at Titchwell is approximately one mile away.
Accommodation
Ground Floor:
Sitting Room: Newly decorated room with comfortable sofa,
open working fireplace, dining table and 2 chairs. TV/Video, CD stereo and seagrass
flooring. Opens into:
Kitchen Area: Well-equipped with microwave, fridge, small electric
oven/grill with two hobs.
Stairs are fairly steep, but there is a good hand rail.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: Double bed, bedside lamps, canvas wardrobe with hanging
space and shelves.
Bathroom: Bath, WC, hand basin and airing cupboard.
The cottage is heated by electric storage heaters.
Outside:
Pretty front garden mainly lawned with a variety of shrubs and plants,
garden furniture and a shed. It is enclosed from the road via a gate, whilst open to
the gardens of the two neighbouring cottages.
