1 Ruscon Cottage is a traditional Norfolk end of terrace
cottage which has recently been redecorated throughout and had central
heating installed. It has a clear view of the tidal salt marshes and
is within walking distance of the coastal path and to the beautiful beach at
Brancaster. There are 2 good pubs, shops and a cafe within a couple of
minutes walk away.

Ground Floor:
Open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area.
Kitchen:
With electric hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave and
fridge/freezer. There is a dining table with 8 chairs. Stable
door to enclosed garden.
Sitting Area:
Wood burning stove, TV, DVD,
leather sofas.
Shower Room: with
walk in shower, hand basin and WC.
Washing machine under stairs.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1:
King size bed, bedside table and lamp, chest of drawers, wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds, chest of drawers.
Bedroom 3: Bunk beds, chest of drawers, bedside table and
lamp.
Bathroom: Newly fitted, bath with shower over, hand basin
and WC.
Outside:
Off-street parking on one side of the cottage.
An enclosed lawned area on the other side of cottage with garden fuerniture
and lovely views down to the sea.
