Redbrick Cottage is a traditional cottage with many original features, which
has recently been extended to provide a light and spacious kitchen/breakfast
room. The cottage is very child-friendly with a fully enclosed rear
garden, plenty of toys and games, stairgate, high chair and cot. There
is an excellent pub/restaurant, village farm shop and children's playground
all within walking distance. The working windmill at Great Bircham is
1 mile away and the sandy coast at Brancaster or Thornham only 10 minutes
drive.

Kitchen/Breakfast Room: Recently
added light and spacious area with sloped beamed ceiling and wooden
floorboards. Well-equipped with a gas range cooker, microwave,
dishwasher, fridge/freezer. The eating area has a pine table and
chairs, leather sofa and doors to garden.
Opens into Sitting Room: Beamed ceiling, wood burning stove, 3
sofas, wall-mounted TV, DVD and books.
Cloakroom/Utility Room: Washing machine, hand basin and WC.
Bedroom 1: Twin beds, bedside tables and lamps, wood burning
stove, clothes hanging area.

Stairs are not
steep and there is a stairgate
