Rectory Cottage is a wonderful brick and flint family
house overlooking the marshes and out to sea. It has recently been
redecorated throughout and has a large upstairs sitting room with fantastic
views. It provides the perfect accommodation for 4 adults and 6
children, with large fully enclosed gardens literally backing onto the
marshes, with the shops and cafe at Deepdale only minutes walk away.

Has oil fired central heating.
Ground Floor:
Kitchen: Light and spacious with beamed ceiling and stone
floors, oil-fired Aga, electric oven with halogen hob, fridge/freezer,
microwave, additional fridge, dishwasher, dining table seating 10.
Utility Room: Butler sink, washing machine, boiler and drying
area.
Cloakroom: Hand basin and WC.
Shower Room: Walk-in shower.
Bathroom: Bath with shower mixer taps, hand basin and WC.
Bedroom 1: King-size bed, bedside lights, chest of drawers,
dressing table, cupboard and lovely views across the marshes.
Bunk Rooms 3,4, and 5: Three rooms each with built-in full size
wooden cabin-style bunk beds with plenty of storage space, bedside lights
and hanging hooks.
First Floor:
Spiral staircase with handrail
Sitting Room: Large room with vaulted ceiling and wonderful
views, wood burning stove, 2 sofas, 2 armchairs, TV, DVD, table and chairs
and plenty of books and games.
Bedroom 2: King-size bed, bedside tables and lamps, chest of
drawers and great views.
Outside:
Approach via private drive off coast road. Fully enclosed garden with
plenty of parking space. Large grassed gardens surrounding the cottage
backing onto marshes. Garden furniture.
