Quexcroft was refurbished and re-decorated throughout at the start of 2007 to provide a perfect holiday home.  It is situated in a quiet and peaceful location within a short walk of the lovely beach at Brancaster and earshot of the sea!  It has a conservatory leading to an attractive enclose private garden.

Accommodation:  is single storey and has electric storage heaters

Entrance into:  Utility area spacious with coat storage, cupboards and fridge/freezer and tumble dryer.
Kitchen:  Newly fitted and well-equipped with electric range oven, slimline dishwasher, microwave, built-in fridge and washing machine. Leads through to:
Dining Room:   Table with 4 chairs and a bench.
Sitting Room:   Light and spacious room with 2 large sofas, Freeview digital TV, CD/radio/cassette, bookcase and open fire.  Opens into:
Conservatory:  Has cane furniture and overlooks the garden.
Bedroom 1:  King-size bed, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers and wardrobe.  Newly fitted en-suite bathroom has bath with shower mixer taps, WC, hand basin and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2:  Twin beds, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe with drawers.
Bedroom 3:  Single bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe.  There is an additional single 'put-up' bed if required (ideal for child).
Bathroom:  Newly fitted electric walk-in shower, WC, hand basin, heated towel rail and airing cupboard.

Outside:
Really attractive gardens to the front and rear.  Plenty of parking space in shingle drive.  Rear garden is fully enclosed and private, with paved and grassed areas on different levels (there are stone steps).  Garden furniture and a great variety of shrubs and plants.
