both within walking distance approximately 1 mile
away.

well-equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge,

and 6 chairs.

Bedroom 1: Twin beds with a third
single bed stored under, bedside tables and lamps,
wardrobe and dressing table.
First Floor:
Stairs are
not steep
Light and
spacious open plan area with sleeping and sitting
areas each with lovely open views.
Sleeping area: King-size bed, bedside
tables and lamps.
Sitting area: 2 sofas, walk-in cupboard,
TV, DVD.
Outside:
Parking in
shingle driveway (care should be taken with narrow
entrance). There is an enclosed garden area
for tenants use. At the owner's discretion the
entire gardens of the main house, including wooded
area and a river at the far end, may be available
for use. (The owners will not accept
responsibility for use of full garden).
It is a short walk to Burnham Market and
there is a footpath to Burnham Overy Staithe.
