A spacious and light 3 bedroom house with fabulous sea views and leading directly onto the beach.  This is a true beach house situated on the uninhabited Heacham coastline, which leads directly onto the RSPB Reserve at Snettisham.  At low tide, it offers miles of safe shallows, with swimming and windsurfing when the tide is in.

Accommodation

All on ground level and comfortably furnished
At the beach end there is a sun room/conservatory running the width of the house.
Kitchen:  Compact with 'pull-out' breakfast bar, electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave.
Sitting Room:  Large comfortable room with two sofas.  TV & Freeview DVD.  Wood & coal burner.
Conservatory:  Wicker chairs with 2-seater sofa.  Table and 6 chairs.  French doors leading out to sand dunes, beach and sea.
Bedroom One:  With double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookcase.
Bedroom Two:  Twin beds with built-in wardrobe, bedside cupboard and pouffe.
Bedroom Three:  Small with bunk beds and hanging space.
Bathroom:  Bath with overhead electric shower, WC and hand basin. 

There are books and games at the property.

Outside:
Very large enclosed garden to the front of the property with plenty of parking space.  The back garden leads straight onto the sand dunes, beach and sea.  There is garden furniture and a barbecue.
