Western Cottage is a traditional 3 bedroomed brick and flint cottage. It has countryside views and is situated away from the main road in the quiet village of South Creake, within 15 minutes' drive of the coast and only 5 miles from the Georgian village of Burnham Market.
If required, stabling is available at the farm opposite.

Landing: With large chest of drawers.
Bedroom 1: Double wrought iron bed, Victorian fireplace, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables & lamps, chair and TV.
Bedroom 2: Double wrought iron bed, chest of drawers, bedside table & lamp, chair.
Bedroom 3: Twin wrought iron beds, dressing table, bedside lamp, chair.
Bathroom: Bath with overhead shower, hand basin, WC, airing cupboard with immersion heater & heated towel rail.
Oil fired central heating & telephone for incoming calls.
Outside
Fully enclosed patio garden with an arbour. Garden furniture and barbecue. Stabling available opposite if required.

South Creake
Location
South Creake is a very popular rural village with a good local pub called The Ostrich. There is a village green with a children's play area and tennis courts. There is a medieval church, St. Mary's, which hosts various arts and music events throughout the year.
It is home to the the famous Maize Maze which is open in July and August, and is a great way to spend several hours finding clues hidden in the maze.
South Creake is about five miles from the Georgian village of Burnham Market, famous for its interesting shops, restaurants and pretty village green. Six miles to the other side of South Creake is the market town of Fakenham with its wider range of facilities and farmers' market.

4 night break: 80% of full week price
5 night break: 90% of full week price
3/4/5 day short breaks are not usually available during school holiday periods.

Please note that where dogs are permitted the charge is £15 per week or part week.
