West Harbour House is undoubtedly one of the most spacious and well-appointed holiday homes available to let in the highly sought after coastal village of Burnham Overy Staithe, with stunning views across the creek and marshes out to sea and Scolt Head Island. Beautifully presented throughout, this house comfortably accommodates 8 people in its 4 large comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, having the advantage of a wonderful first floor drawing room with breath-taking views. With an attractive enclosed garden and only a minute's walk to the harbour and an excellent local pub, this makes it the perfect place for family and friends to stay together throughout the year.

Ground Floor
Light and spacious galleried hallway. Cloakroom with WC.
Kitchen: Large fully fitted and extremely well-equipped kitchen with spectacular views out to sea. There is a double electric oven, 2 dishwashers, 2 fridges, freezer, 2 microwaves. There is a large table seating up to 12 and French doors to the terrace. Utility Room: with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Conservatory/Dining Room: wonderful room with large round table and chairs for 12 overlooking the gardens.
TV/Sitting Room: Comfortable room with sofas and satellite TV, DVD, video, CD player, table and chairs, selection of books and games. A perfect place for children to chill-out away from the grown-ups!
Bedroom 3: Spacious room with super king-size bed, bedside tables and lamps, plenty of clothes storage. En-suite shower room: with walk-in power shower, hand basin and WC.
Bedroom 4: Twin beds, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe.
First Floor
Drawing Room: Stunning room with breath-taking sea views. Large comfortable sofas, an open fire, satellite TV and DVD, telescope.
Bedroom 1: Lovely master bedroom with super king-size bed, bedside tables and lamps, built-in cupboards. En-suite bathroom: bath with shower over, hand basin and WC.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers, cupboards. En-suite bathroom: bath with shower over, hand basin and WC.
There is a travel cot and a high chair available in the house if required.
Outside
There are 2 entrances and plenty of parking space. There is a large front garden which is enclosed and mainly lawn, with a variety of shrubs and plants. To the rear of the house is another garden, including the terrace area with garden furniture and a gas barbecue.
The harbour and the coastal path, as well as The Hero pub (serves good food) are all within minutes walk away. The Georgian village of Burnham Market with its great selection of independent shops and galleries and the renowned Hoste Arms is only 2 miles away.

Burnham Overy Staithe
Location
A pretty coastal village with a busy harbour which used to be predominantly a fishing village, but is now a very popular place for sailors, walkers and bird-watchers, with the area being designated as “an area of outstanding natural beauty”.
During the summer there is a ferry out to the nature reserve of Scolt Head Island, a bird and seal sanctuary. For the more energetic it takes about 30 minutes to walk along the coastal foot
The village has a good local pub called The Hero which makes great home-cooked food using locally sourced ingredients.

3 night break: 70% of full week price
4 night break: 80% of full week price
5 night break: 90% of full week price
3/4/5 day short breaks are not usually available during school holiday periods.

Please note that where dogs are permitted the charge is £15 per week or part week.
